SE 3

MTS 1 

The MTS 1 is expanded as a Member of Technical Staff level 1. To become a member of technical staff you should have more than 5 years of work experience on eBay and deep Site related skills.

MTS 2

The highest technical position for a software engineer on eBay is the Principal Member of Technical Staff, which equals the technical director position.
